Synopsis :

Convinced that the ghost is that of a 19th Century local witch and namesake, Sarah delves into local folklore and learns that the witch was thought to have been evil incarnate. When a series of old letters surface, Sarah discovers that nothing and no-one is as it seems, maybe not even the ghost of Sarah Grey…

Review :

On a drunken night out with friends, widowed teacher Sarah unwitingly creates a séance. Sarah and her son Alfie are then subjected to a terrifying series of hunting and Sarah becomes convinced that the ghost is that of a 19^th century sea witch and namesake Sarah Grey.

Very good and terrifying story, the author has a good writing and know how to stuck the reader in the book. Wondering if Sarah becomes crazy, ill or if this is the reality. I let you guess… The story is well managed between the reality and the ghost.

Bonjour a tous !!

Hier est sortir le nouveau livre de Pierre Thiry 'Isidore Tiperanole et les trois lapins de Montceau-les-Mines'

Resume :

A cette epoque, Montceau-les-Mines etait bien different d'aujourd'hui.

- Oui, on sait deja tout ca !!! repondrez-vous.

C'etait la campagne, il n'y avait personne a part quelques lapins, il ne se passait rien du tout...

Ce n'est pas si simple, il se passait meme bien des choses. Il y avait Arthur, Theobald et Justin, il y avait aussi la belle Ermelinde, il y avait encore... Isidore, il y avait enfin...

Mais je ne vais pas vous raconter toute l'histoire maintenant, il faut aussi ouvrir le livre et lire Isidore Tiperanile et les trois lapins de Montceau-les-Mines alors vous apprendrez des choses qui vous etonneront peut-etre.  A cette epoque, Montceau-les-Mines scintillait de poesie.

J'espere que vous avez tous passe un bon weekend.

D'ici quelques semaines, ce sera la rentree.

A partir de septembre, un theme sera mis a l'honneur. Cela peut etre une ville, un auteur, ou un genre de lecture.

Je commencerais avec le theme de l'Irlande en septembre. Ce peut etre un auteur irlandais, un livre sur l'Irlande ou tout simplement une historie qui se passe en Irlande.
